The tracking on it is terrible, and it's slow to get to the target. I definitely notice a difference between him in this and him in SSFIV (haven't played 2012). I am quite surprised they nerfed him more than they buffed him, according to the change video. His pokes will always be good, but I'm not sure charge characters have any advantage in this game.
