Yes. It was for his second wellness violation. And one more would lead to him being immediately terminated. You can say what you want about how "people say he's cleaned up his act..." but the fact that he JUST failed 9 months ago is PROBABLY a pretty good reason why they've steered him clear of the title picture, instead using him to make guys who are in the title picture look good, and will probably continue to do so.

Congrats to him for "the most powerful people in the company" acknowledging that he turned his shit around for 6 years. Pretty sure "the most powerful people in the company" are the ones who suspended him last year for fucking up again and have kept him out of the title picture since... so... ya know... let's not act like "the most powerful people in the company" are very high on him at the moment.
