I highly doubt one or both of them are his daughters.

His eldest daughter is ten and after her, his other daughter is seven. Those two women don't look ten or seven to me, and saying the woman on the right could be an "old flame" is quite random.

They're most likely just fans, friends of fans or are somewhat involved with The Nashville Predators.

I will say though, much like everyone else who has viewed those photos, he looks old. He's beginning to show his age.
