If Undertaker isn't up for doing WrestleMania and a Triple Threat match is made, then it'll most probably be done by Punk claiming that he was screwed due to the referee.

If Undertaker is up for doing WrestleMania, then Punk will still complain about the referee, but his complaining will probably get him a match against John Cena on Raw or something.

The referee is the key.
