Well, them feeding him to Cena and fucking up his push immediately seems like bad booking. Maybe an issue they should think about fixing.

And does Rock need more building up? Did Hogan need more building up after WrestleMania 3? Again, it's about the story. You're not getting it. Cena doesn't NEED the win to build himself up. He needs the win because that's the fitting climax to the feud.
