Yeah I think Rock would be the best guy to get Cena over as a main event player. The only problem is that Rock's promos tend to make guys look like punks, so it could actually hurt Cena. But then again, if at the end of the day the fued is taken seriously and Rock does a JOB, it should help the Dr of Thuganomics.
