Asking him to get out of the car? ANKLE LOCK!
Try to give him a breathalyzer? ANKLE LOCK!
Take a step towards him? ANKLE L... PATRIOT ACT!!!! (it's called "freshening up his character!")
It's been the formula for his matches since 2008, so I think it might've worked here too.
