He could move fairly well for a big guy, and his strength gave him a unique ability to work with guys who were inhumanly large. But he wasn't a great technician and didn't possess great ring psychology. Not the best (or even very good) but certainly not the worst I've seen.

Honestly, I am trying to reason not making Lex a 10. He had the look of a wrestler without being 7 feet tall. For some reason I won't make him a 10. Not sure why, though. His look WAS the best thing about him.

I'm biased against submissions anyway, but the Torture Rack was pretty lame. It forbids you "finishing" a guy like Yoko or Bundy with any amount of credibility. The Forearm Smash was much better, IMO (he used it to beat Yoko in '94 by count-out)

"I'll Be Your Hero" is one of the greatest campaigns ever in WWF/E. But other than that his character was stale.
