I don't mind Andrea to be honest with you. I don't mind her as the torn/hapless liaison between the two groups. I can see her dying at the hands of the Governor while saving Michonne. Furthering the beef between Mich and the Governor.

Interesting to see what impact Tyrese and his group has as well.
