Honestly, the only one that's coming to mind right now is the "cracks in the universe" being quite similar to one of the plot points in the book. One of the people who makes the sojourn to Vegas is erased from history by a hole or a tear or something. David and John can remember him because of the Soy Sauce, which is also similar to the whole "You can remember them because you're outside of time" thing. Especially when you consider what the soy Sauce did to them.

I think I remember seeing parallels to the weeping angels, as well, but I can't remember. They were just boos in human form anyway.
