Is this serious business because CM Punk is the opponent this year and people are butt hurt about the Rock ending Punk's streak? Just checkin'

The scripted streak in the scripted environment DOES matter, and matters because it has been script-fed down viewers throats. Kinda like Punk's streak wasn't a big deal until they started mentioning it.

As big of a deal as the streak has come to be, whoever is scripted to end the script of the streak will be scripted into greatness for the rest of scripted entertainment time, like it or not. I am a Taker fan, but it's time to pass the buck and create a future scripted superstar.
