I would say Punk, if he hadn't expressed interest in retiring in the next couple years. Also, he can catapult himself in the big picture without something as prominent as the streak breaker.

If they do a good build up with Barrett and he can stay injury free, I think he would be a good choice. He is young but has a good feel for the business. After him, I would say Cesaro. Definitely needs to be a guy that is "up and coming" and not someone already established.

That is one of my issues right now, failing to build new stars instead of going back to the well for guys like Rock, Lesnar, HHH and Taker.
