I'd say yes in terms of the 2013 having more big WWF/WWE names and main event caliber stars than the 2005 class had. In regards to the headliner, the 2005 class wins that one.

Hogan and Piper were the big stars for the 05' class but after that its either guys who had more success elsewhere or were more mid-tier stars. 13' class only has that for Trump and maybe Booker (WCW work greater or equal to his WWF work).
