After reading "The Dirt", I'm almost afraid to say this, but I choose Motley Crue.

The Crue party harder than anyone this side of Zeppelin. Nikki could get me any drugs I wanted and Tommy could get me any chicks I wanted. Even if Tommy took the best looking girls there, his leftovers are still perfect 10s.
