That was his really hot period. His work at TLC, the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber pretty much stole the show. Then he was rude to Trish Stratus, allegedly, and that might have slowed his push down. I really think that, in a perfect world, WrestleMania XXVII could have marked a huge upswing for Morrison. Imagine if he, Trish and Snooki had won the match against Ziggler and LayCool, then Trish and Morrison made out for a bit. Morrison would have looked like a god.

The stuff with R-Truth could have still happened, but a jealous R-Truth could have been defeated by his partner and turned heel, costing Morrison the WWE Championship when he did challenge. Barring an injury happening, Morrison could have then beaten R-Truth and bounced right back. He could have looked like a great option for potential Money in the Bank Winner around that period.
