Microsoft revealed how their game video sharing system works and uses Twitch TV for hosting.

Quote:
Microsoft has detailed the Xbox One’s video sharing capabilities with Upload Studio, a way of saving and sharing gameplay clips with friends, and also confirmed that the console will support Twitch.

Players can use Upload Studio to record and edit gameplay clips. Players have the ability to add commentary and a backdrop to the video to give it a personal touch, it can then be shared online or with your Xbox Live friends.

The platform holder also revealed a partnership with Twitch, which will allow players to quickly and easily stream footage to Twitch straight from the Xbox One and also add their own commentary.

For comparisons, Sony's PS4 sharing uses Ustream for hosting. Baring a surprise by Sony, neither would be providing any support to Youtube.
