Yes. Noticed the same thing about Chicago. Raws def have weaker crowds than a ppv would. I don't go to non ppv events anymore, save for that one raw a couple years ago that was the go home show for wrestlemania.

PPV's are more expensive so they are harder for families to attend. Philly fans are going to want to see RVD one more time and get to cheer Punk. Mark Henry may even get cheers after this week.
