Fairly simply and fairly generically:

Chris Jericho comes out and talks about how he has never had a "real Wrestlemania moment" (Ignoring that time he main evented, all the world titles he has fought for, that time he fought HBK, and that time he fought Christian) and how his win/loss record at the event hasn't been too impressive. "I lost to freakin' Fandango last year!" and such.

Jericho then talks about how it isn't too late to make his lasting mark on WM, and challenges Taker and then goes through the standard "I NEED to beat him" spiel.
