I know they've sucked for a lot of their history, but the Mets really don't ever do much to acknowledge their history, even the good times. Ray Knight was the goddamn 1986 World Series MVP and with the exception of him being the Reds manager for a couple of years I don't think he's set foot in Shea Stadium or Citi Field since.
