Mine mostly revolve around MMORPGs or other PC games because that's what I'm mostly into.
My favorite games:
Asheron's Call: Played this for years.. only quit recently due to my account being hacked.
Everquest: Yeah.. a lot of people like it, and a lot of people hate it. I used to hate it, but recently a couple friends gave me an account, and I've been having a blast.
Age of Empires and Rise of Rome expansion: These were some of the first online games I really got into. Played them for a long time before discovering others.
Rainbow Six: Yep.. the original PC one. This was the first online game I ever played, and it was a blast.
Most disappointing for me would have to be:
Star Wars Galaxies: Really hyped game, had a huge fan base.. for a LONG time, people waited for this.. It realesed, and I completely hated it.. Nothing but a grind fest, in my opinion.
Asheron's Call 2: Waited for this one for years.. had been playing the original Asheron's Call for a long time, and everyone was looking forward to AC2. When it released too early, it bombed. Within a year, servers were merging due to not many people playing, and by the time they fixed the game nobody wanted to try it.
