If it's not Swagger, it seems like a toss-up as to who it could possibly be. I thought it was kind of interesting they went with the recent Sandow/Sheamus brawl match on Smackdown, which seemed more like a PPV match gimmick.

Only reason I can think of is to be able to put Sandow in this match, rather than a Sandow/Sheamus PPV match. Sandow winning pretty much puts the belt on a heel with good heat, and can work, with Sheamus, a fairly over face to chase him. Feels a bit too soon for Fandango.

I'll go out on the limb and pick Sandow, as the dark horse.

Edit - And it could be an amusing moment if Sandow, the heel asshole, fails to cash.
