Just gonna use this thread, cause whatever. I'm up to the specials between series 4 and 5 right now. Loved Eccleston and the first series is probably my favourite, but I've grown attached to Tennant. Really not looking forward to him leaving and being replaced by that foot-head Matt Smith. Really think I'm gonna hate him. Even if the stories are good I won't be able to take his ugly mug seriously. The end of series 4 with the huge clusterfuck of guests with everyone brought back to help the Doctor was amazing. Love stuff like that. Started off not really liking Donna, cause Catherine Tate is annoying, but by the end of it, I was gutted she was leaving. So much better when the companions aren't fawning all over The Doctor.

Been watching Torchwood in between too. The Children of Earth Series 3 was so dark and really good. The characters are pretty annoying on Torchwood, and Barrowman is like a big, prancing, poundland version of Tom Cruise who can't act. But the plots are generally interesting. Harkness having to kill his own grandson to save all the other kids in the world was horrible to watch.
