I'd say yes considering they were pretty successful in every promotion they wrestled for.

Some of the tag teams from the Attitude Era of WWF and ECW were just as good name-wise but were missing either the longevity or had their accomplishments mainly occur at one place. The Dudleys might be the closest to matching the Road Warriors though.
