Just thinking... I want to see RVD win the MITB match after Lesnar costs Punk. Heyman officially turns on Punk and then RVD announces he's cashing in at SummerSlam while Heyman tries to recruit RVD into his stable and be in his corner at SummerSlam against Cena. Meanwhile, they play off RVD-Cena's history from last time RVD cashed in MITB and the fact that Heyman had a hand in it. After RVD refruses, you can have Heyman help cost him the match and lead to RVD joining Punk to take down Heyman's guys.

There would be so many stories that would instantly write themselves if RVD wins.
