I've never liked Mike Tenay. His voice has always irritated me and it just gives everything a cheap and amateur feel to me. Even the way he looks gets to me a bit. It's just that there are times when I've seen him and he looks so smug and arrogant. 
He was one of the reasons why I never really watched WCW as a kid and also why I don't watch TNA.

Love Ixnay Mike Tenay. Big fan of his in WCW. TNA doesn't exist so I coan't comment on that.
