We have to establish some rules...

I propose

Also when voting you can only consider the character.

Example being Katie Holmes... iIf she is in this as Katie Holmes she has no chance of winning, because she has a lot of baggage.

So you could only vote for Joey Potter.

Also you can also only use pictures from their respective Tv shows. No photo shoots or anything from movies or other Tv shows. Example being you can't use a picture of A topless Katie Holmes in Teaching Mrs. Tingle or whatever that crap movie was called.
