First bits of new info:

- Crosswinds at mountain tops, more difficult to land
- Restricted air space over prison, two star wanted level
- Grove Street confirmed. (Non-story spoiler for some people, maybe?)
- Dog can get bark and attack enemies
- Starting a mission as a different character can result in different cutscene

Edit: More info. Minor spoilers like mission names etc blacked out.

- Driving over bumpy ground actually causes the vehicle to rumble up and down
- Split second decision making adds Hollywood-esque feels to the gameplay
- Every shopfront is unique
- The main wheel itself is broken down into a series of subcategories; after scrolling with the stick to the weapon type you want, left and right on the D-pad will cycle between additional individual weapons
- Weapon Wheels stores every weapon you collect and you'll never lose them, even if busted
- Miniguns destroy vehicle almost instantly
- Police are more responsive and hands-on
- Pedestrians react differently to carjackings now, such as speeding off when aimed at with a weapon
- Each vehicle type has unique handling, for example the pick-up truck doesn't stick to the road as well as a supercar
- 5 Mission names revealed. Repossession, Three's Company, Derailed, Nervous Ron and Vinewood Babylon
- Franklin has access to supercars immediately
- Drivers flip you off after collisions
- One of a kind encounters occur such as Lamar acting agressively towards a hobo
- Lamar kicks a pistol towards Franklin
- Car crash leaves trail of fuel, which can in turn be used to blow it up
- Chopper controls extremely alike IV
- A coloured flash on screen will signal a switch to a particular character. Michael is blue, Franklin is green, and Trevor is orange
- Chopper landing is more straightforward, less messing around trying to get it perfect
- "Derailed" involves Trevor chasing a train of Cargo on a dirtbike (All you had to do was follow the damn train Trevor)
- Night time is more realistic, the only real source of light were Trevors headlamps, a big improvement from IVs "darkness"
- Neon signs actually have a buzzing noise
- Animals yelp when hit by a vehicle
- One point in "Nervous Ron" a light is shot out to prevent a dead body being discovered
- The ability to fire whilst prone and rolling around returns from MP3
- Engine realism such as engine stuttering and black smoke shooting out was noted
- "Vinewood Babylon" involves using a weapon similar to what Bruce Willis uses to blast off Jack Blacks arm in The Jackal

More to come.
