- The game is extremely detailed. Even graffiti isn't repeated.
- No load times.
- Phones seem to have apps. One example given was a person tracker to find someone while on a mission. Not sure if you can buy your own or if they are just on the phone when you need them.
- The map is opened from the start but the ingame map is covered in a "fog of war" meaning you will only see parts of the map you have visited.
- It's hard to land a helicopter on Mt Chilliad due to crosswinds. Standing at the bottom of the mountain and looking up, the mountain looks "Intimidatingly vast."
- Dog are in GTAO. So, TPWW will be getting a crew dog, I guess? One each?
- Hidden packages have been removed in favour of "side missions". The example given was a news report on the radio saying a homicide commited 30 years ago was being re-investigated. Once you hear this and the location you can then head over to the scene and take part in that investigation.
- Weapons confirmed: Pistols, automatic pistols, submachine guns, assault rifles, baseball bats, golf clubs, knives, miniguns, grenade launchers, rocket launchers, sniper rifles and more.
- Rather than have one of each type of gun (In previous GTA games, you could only carry one type of handgun, one type of melee weapon etc), you can carry them all at once in GTA V.
- You can customise all guns.
- More weapons than any GTA ever.
- Cars definitely wont need fuel.
- 240 songs, 17 radio station (15 music and 2 talk) and 20 hours of dynamic/environmental music.
- You can change radio station from a "weapon wheel" interface with the radio station logos. This is done by pressing LB on the 360 version.
- Weapon wheel is brought up with the RB.
- You can switch off the cars lights and you can take down/put up the roof of a soft top car with right on the d-pad.
- More cars than any GTA before and all customisable.
- You hold down down on the d-pad to bring up the character switching wheel and then select your character.
