Probably because CM Punk just recently got pinned by Heyman, so anything can happen with him really. Also, he's now got Ryback to deal with, so Punk could end up losing a match due to Ryback and/or Heyman in order to further the Punk/Ryback fued.

As for Bryan, it's probably because he's been getting the shit kicked out of him on a weekly basis now that nobody wants to take a chance with him.
