So if the Colts are 2-0 and rolling, completely healthy and dominant and they get offered this same trade, do they not accept it because they're not in panic mode?

Basically, you're wrong. The Colts or any team who's going to finish 8-8 at the very least, orany team dominating the league, would accept that trade.
