I am a sucker for happy endings. So even though they are usually the least interesting route to go, I pull for them every time.

So naturally, I was greatly saddened by the ending.

Loved the final shot, though, with the "broken lumberjack hobo Dexter" suddenly getting "that look" in his eyes like "tonight's the night".
