I was always anti-World Title because I felt like having two world titles watered down being "THE champ". A guy like Ziggler actually makes me feel like maybe it's not such a bad idea though. They'd have to bring the brand split back a little but having a guy like Ziggler as the 2 tier "world champ" while making it clear "Cena or the guy who beats Cena is the REAL 'world champ'" could in theory be the new generation equivalent of the IC title. Which I feel like Ziggler is perfect for.

Of course, I don't know where that leaves the ACTUAL IC title but... yeah...
