As for Dolph Ziggler:
He's doing a decent job as a face in the ring -- keeping in mind that he's been a heel for almost his entire professional wrestling career so far (maybe even his whole career). He's over, he's sympathetic and he's got skills. I think what he really needs is a true program. His stuff with Dean Ambrose will lead to good ring work, but The Shield essentially hate everyone and are hated by everyone.
Ziggler getting another shot at Del Rio would make sense, assuming Del Rio retains against RVD. The two have great matches and Ziggler being the one to take the World Title off Del Rio would close the story between the two. The World Title program doesn't need to "make money" these days, so they can use it to build Ziggler and send the message to the fans that he is the real deal.
