This may surprise people, but my fav PPV was/still is WCW Spring Stampede 99.
Let me now explain--> This particular PPV featured tremendous wrestling action from the bottom of the card to the top. While 99' does indicate the waning of WCW, this PPV indicated that WCW was going to change...for the better.
Now, I know this is debatable, but each match on that card told a story through wrestling. Thinking about it now, I forgot more than half of the card, but I remember the sentiments I had after watching what I thought was a terrific PPV. WCW was turning the from the lowly corner they were in at the time. I remember anticipating the direction WCW was heading, but unfortunately that direction was halted once Nash took over the books.
