When the ‘big bad guy’ from the WWE Universe, Ryback, walked into the HT City office, he looked anything but the bully that he plays in the arena. He admits his new negative avatar is going great, but he has “never been bullied, nor bullied anyone ever.” However, he does give it back to ‘negative’ people on Twitter. “I use Twitter to respond to negativity by negative people, with negativity, because that’s how they want it. I like to fight back,” he says.
On his maiden India trip, the 6’3’’ tall, 132 kgs human giant, whose tagline on the wrestling show is ‘Feed Me More’, says he’s eating Indian food with some caution. “My friends have warned me that Indian food is spicy, and on my way here, I had a Chinese kid sitting next to me on the plane who kept going to the loo, and when I asked him what the matter was, he said he’d had a lot of Indian curry. So, I’m staying away from curries. Don’t feed me more!” he laughs, but confesses to have loved a kebab-and-ketchup combo.
And the man, who wants to make as much money as humanly possible, and to be part of WWE for the rest of his life, also has movies on his agenda. “I’d be perfect to play a comic-book villain. It’ll be a good idea to wrestle full-time and to do movies part-time,” he signs off.
