I was supposed to have exclusive cars in my garage for Online due to having the CE but I don't have them even though I put the code in the day I got it. I got a free garage (they had an image of a high class futuristic garage...it turned out to be a dumpy thing under a bridge that holds two cars.)
Can't imagine I'd need an apartment to get the cars.
