The trouble should only start if someone constantly wrecks the cars of the same player over and over again in a short time peroid. Like if I blew up your personal car 4 times in an hour, then I'd say that's hassling you.

At the very least, the "don't destroy other players cars" thing should be dropped if the player in question has a bounty. Then it's justified. If he's not got a bounty on his head, fine, no destroying his personal car.

I know but this guy was, physically, not there. I saw his blip but he was not there in the gameworld. Doesn't Lester make your blip vanish and not your character?

I just don't like that I am in with the bad players or, at least, on the cusp of being put in with the bad players because I was playing the game properly. If there was a huge symbol above the players car that said "CUSTOM CAR" then I'd not have blown it up to get the bounty.
So, I didn't know it was a personal car, I didn't know there was anything wrong with blowing up a personal car and the game was telling me "Kill this guy and get money", which I did. I then get told off and potentially punished for it.
