Ugh, didn't know all that. I might have a bad sport rating now. I have been hunting bounties using sticky bombs. I think it's just a badass way of murdering someone's face. I've set up on highways and waited for the bounty to come to me and then blown the stickies. I've done drive-by stickies on them. I've dropped them on the road as I'm driving and blown people up who are chasing me.
I do this to non-bounty players too if they're after me. If I'm defending myself against some guy shooting the piss out of my car or trying to kill me, or if I'm after a bounty, I shouldn't get a bad rating IMO.
