Well.....yeah. But, honour amongst thieves. Or something.

Think I have less issue with guys stalking out ATMs, Simeone's showroom/dock garage, etc. as it's at least in keeping with the criminality of the game. Blasting someone in the face because they're standing on the street just seems so...needless.

I'm all for it if you've stolen their car, smashed into them, shot at them, whatever, then it's clearly on.
