Falls Count Anywhere generally means you can win the match by pinfall or submission anywhere. A Street Fight generally means that anything goes, but pinfalls and submissions must happen in the ring.

There have been exceptions. I'm sure there have been Falls Count Anywhere Matches that haven't been No Disqualification, just like I'm sure there have been Hardcore Matches that haven't been falls count anywhere. But generally, that is the difference.
