The "server is down" page had a link to the temp forums, where the Tipsters thread was posted. I also posted about it on the TPWW Facebook page.

Somehow, despite that, people still couldn't find the Tipsters thread, so for anyone who missed Tipsters for Survivor Series, it will count as a 0, but not a missed PPV.
