It seems everyone is confused why the Budokai songs were pulled when they don't sound THAT much like rip offs. It's actually because Yamamoto got lazier with adapting songs and got caught with a note by note rip offs of Avatar music and Terminator Salvation music in DBZ Kai. Taking away the Budokai tracks was just covering their bases.
