Paul Burchill used to do a standing version called The C4. While he was a pirate it was called Walk the Plank. I don't know why they stopped with that gimmick. Burchill would have gotten mad over eventually. John Morrison also did a standing version for a while.

Sin Cara (the Mistico one) also used to do a top rope version of that. The SATs used to do a double-team version called The Spanish Fly. I don't mind a move like that every once in a while, but from a kayfabe perspective, the risk is too much to allow your opponent to get in that position too often.
