Well put. In an era of Fantasy Football, Television Contracts, and the growing global appeal of the NFL, it seems that Dumbass Goddell and company want to make football exciting(which means he is catering to the sycophants such as WWE Fan). He wants more passing, and is devaluing defense and special teams, blaming it on growing 'concern for player safety' and wanting to increase the pace and excitability of the game. He can fuck right off with that, and The Seahawks, 49er's, Bengals(you know I had to throw the Orange and Black Sack Attack in here) Defenses won't go quietly into the night.
