Agree somewhat but Taker and Shawn both have personalties, granted due to the nature of his gimmick Taker's is rather subdued but he's had awesome one liners before and is pretty charismatic.

I hear you though its a shame mic skills come before actual in ring ability although one really shouldn't trump the other IMO as they are both vital to wrestling.
