I can't think of anyone I would be interested in seeing Rey feud with.

Rey kind of always got the same underdog push Cena did, except with zero character growth. Cena, like him or hate, has had character growth over the years it seems.

Rey has just been given stale feuds for the last years when he wasn't injured.
