It's taken me a while to go from "I've heard great things about the guy and I can see that he's got skills" to "Holy fuck, this guy is awesome," but his work lately has got me steadily approaching that. I'm not trying to trash on Erick Rowan, who is going to hopefully come out of his main roster apprenticeship quite the polished big man himself, but there's just something far more inherently...interesting about Luke Harper. As a character, he seems to have more intelligence than he's letting on. He's getting himself over not just by association with Bray Wyatt, but because his character seems like it's own person and that he relishes in what he's doing (whilst never stepping out of line as a follower).

His matches with John Cena were quite awesome, and he works well with smaller opponents. He's got a long, long career ahead of him as a reliable big man that can serve as a gate-keeper to the main event scene at least. Watching him on RAW made me think that the WWE could pass him off as Bray Wyatt's "secret weapon" quite easily. By that I mean that Harper would be, in an unacknowledged way, the toughest in The Wyatt Family -- even moreso than Bray himself -- who runs the show and reaps the benefits (obviously being a force in his own right, mind you).
