They effectively disassembled Evolution by frustrating Triple H so much that he drove Batista away. That is the End of Evolution. That is The Shield winning.

The fact that Batista left couldn't have had anything to do with Rollins joing because, again, H said that Plan B was in the works before Batista quit, which meant that Rollins was already going to join.

Oh, and none of this actually explains Rollins' motivation.
