Dates and schedules for both the PS4 and Xbox One betas were announced.

Activision just announced today that the Destiny beta, which is open to those that pre-order the game, will begin on July 17 at 10:00 a.m. PDT on PS3 and PS4. The beta will be available for those playing on Xbox One or Xbox 360 from July 23 at 10:00 a.m. PDT until July 27. It'll conclude on July 27 at 11:59 p.m. for all platforms, and it'll be unavailable on July 21 and 22 for scheduled maintenance.
Also announced were three special editions for the game.

Accompanying the beta dates are the reveal of three new "collector's" editions of Destiny. The Limited Edition and Ghost Edition both contain a steel case, field guide, postcards, star chart, digital ghost casing, digital player emblem, digital ship variant, and the Expansion Pass which seems to be a season pass that contains two significant DLC packs.

The Ghost Edition further includes a Ghost replica with motion-activated lights and voice recordings, a letter of introduction, and various "relics" including photos, patches, and stickers. The Limited Edition will retail for $99.99 and the Ghost Edition will sell for $149.99. There's also a Digital Guardian Edition retailing at $89.99 which contains a download of the game, the Expansion Pass, and the digital exclusives included in the other two editions. The Expansion Pass will sell for $34.99, and the DLC will be priced at $19.99 individually.
