Calgary didn't have the money, this was a pure money decision, I heard calgary was offering him 2.7 a year over 4 years but he didn't want it. He's a good leader in the locker room, but the flames unfortunatly need the money for Iggy and Kipur.
LA would be a team I would watch for in the next couple years as a stanley cup team anyways, they have just about everything in there young players, and the money they have this year is crazy.
